An AI platform embedded in Revit, backed by an enterprise knowledge layer, helping architecture and engineering firms automate documentation. As Founding Product Lead, I own the product from strategy through delivery, working directly with engineers and our partner firms.
2025–Current
The firmwide computational ecosystem at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM): four toolkits that consolidated decades of scattered tools into standardized computational ecosystem used by 1/3 of the firm's Rhino users across 10 global offices.
I co-led SOMtools and was product lead for OpenBox, the architecture toolkit.
2019–2025
A research initiative at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), through the firm's Year 1 program. Using machine learning and 10 years of San Francisco's public development pipeline data, our team built a model predicting which properties across the city are most likely to be developed, mapped parcel by parcel in an interactive visualization.
I supervised the research and co-led its publication in The Routledge Companion to Artificial Intelligence in Architecture.
2020-2021
I co-initiated the ELS Design Tech Group at ELS Architecture + Urban Design in late 2016. I also led the computational design and digital fabrication stream, and taught numerous hands-on group training sessions for visual scripting.
The Design Tech Group created an infrastructure for firm-wide resource management, hosted numerous presentations and training sessions, and developed more efficient workflows for the office.
